Segal Assist partnered with Bangonapps to support their latest project, provisionally titled “Hot or Not.” Our collaboration encompassed concept development, recruitment, market research, and ongoing project management, helping to bring the early stages of this unique app idea to life. Additionally, we designed and built the Bangonapps website to establish their online presence.

At the heart of this project was the app concept itself. We worked closely with the owner of Bangonapps to refine and structure the “Hot or Not” idea. Our collaborative brainstorming sessions focused on identifying user needs, defining app functionality, and creating a roadmap to guide the development process.

Recruitment
To bring the app to life, we sourced and recruited a skilled UX designer to join the project. We carefully selected the candidate based on their experience and design portfolio, ensuring they were the right fit for Bangonapps’ vision. This process involved reviewing portfolios, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.

Understanding the target market was a crucial part of this project. We organised and facilitated a focus group session to gather valuable insights into potential users’ needs and preferences. The findings helped shape the app’s functionality and user experience, ensuring that the final product aligns with market expectations.

Throughout the project, Segal Assist played a key role in project management. We coordinated regular meetings between the client and the UX designer, monitored project milestones, and facilitated communication. Additionally, we managed payments to the designer, ensuring all transactions were handled efficiently and transparently.

To support Bangonapps’ broader business objectives, we designed and built their company website using Wix. The website serves as a hub for their business, showcasing their services and providing information about their upcoming projects.
