How much do you charge?
We offer two pricing options: hourly and retainer-based.
Hourly: We charge a consistent hourly rate for all services, including marketing, consultation, and coaching. Before starting, we provide an estimate of the time required, but this may vary depending on the nature of the work.
Retainer: For clients wanting long-term support, retainers allow for a set monthly or weekly fee tailored to your needs. Retainer clients get priority access, a discounted hourly rate, and one free meeting per week.
What’s the difference between hourly and retainer clients?
Retainer clients enjoy added benefits such as:
- One free consultation per month.
- Extended payment schedules for invoices.
- A discounted hourly rate compared to standard hourly charges.
How much notice is needed to schedule a consultation or complete work?
Scheduling depends on our current availability and the complexity of your request. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your spot and give us sufficient time to deliver top-quality work.
Do you allow clients to receive refunds?
We take pride in collaborating closely with clients throughout the process, ensuring deliverables are approved at every stage. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know immediately so we can adjust accordingly. Please note that charges apply for hours worked if feedback hasn’t been communicated during agreed review stages.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, depending on the nature of the work and the amount owed. Instalments must be agreed upon prior to the start of the project and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
When are invoices due?
Invoices should be paid within 14 working days of receipt. Retainer clients may have extended payment terms as agreed in their contract.
Do you guarantee fast turnaround times?
While we always aim to complete work as quickly as possible, our priority is quality. Timelines will depend on the scope of work and our current schedule.
Can I contact you outside of working hours?
Retainer clients have priority access and can reach out anytime for urgent matters. Hourly clients are encouraged to contact us during standard working hours.
